Bassem Bouguerra

CEO

Ex-Yahoo engineer, Non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council, received a Bachelor degree from Long Beach State University, had over 8 years of experience working as a Software engineer in the Silicon Valley. Bassem is the founder of 2 startups: Tunpixel and Jobi.tn and a co-founder of the Tunisian Institutional Reform.

Seif Boukaddida

COO

Seif Boukadida is a Finance Manager with more than 16 years’ experience in the area of finance and operations. Prior to joining IntilaQ , he worked for an asset management company where he led the launching of several investment funds with a total capital of TND38 million. Highly adept at the project management and process design.
He received his MBA degree from UQAM-Canada.

Aymen Mbarek

Investment Lead

Aymen is an investment manager with 10 years of experience in both startup funding and entrepreneurial support. Mainly, he has worked for 2 VCs (Sages Capiltal & Alternative Capital Partners) and a startup support hub initiated by QFF, Ooredoo and Microsoft (IntilaQ). His focus is on IT startups ,through screening hundreds of business opportunities, closing of 32 deals totaling 14,7 MTND and monitoring / supporting 44 startups, allowed him to acquire deep knowledge of tunisian startup ecosystem and startups needs as well.
Diligent project manager, offering a proven record of success and liaising between business and technical areas to drive competitive advantage and bottom line gains for startups he monitored.

Firas Mdimagh

Tech Center Lead

Firas Mdimagh is a Tech Center Lead who is responsible of designing and executing the training programs and assisting the startups in technical aspects.
Firas received an engineer’s degree from Manouba University in Computer Software.
He is a certified Microsoft Azure architect.
He was named the lead of the Microsoft Student Partners community in Tunisia and was awarded the Middle East and Africa Hero MSP 2016.
Firas joined the Developer eXperience (DX) team at Microsoft as an Intern where he supported the local Audience Evangelism Manager in assisting the ISVs and was the manager of the MSP program and the Imagine Cup competition in Tunisia.

Amel Ben Ali

Communication Lead

Graduated from France, Amel is a young psychologist passionate about human, social relation and storytelling. She found her self involved heart and mind in the civil society since 2011 seeking a real impact and local change. She worked with many local associations and international organisations, in social, humanitarian, cultural and artistic project. Since 2015, she discovered the amazing and fascinated world of startups believing that entrepreneurship is the key to overcome the different challenges that her country is facing since the revolution specially unemployment and economic crisis. Currently she's doing a research on the power of resilience to build a new generation of entrepreneurs to create more sustainable jobs.
